December 9, 2000, was a very happy day for us. We had been anxiously awaiting the arrival of our second child. After two hours
and fifty minutes of labor, she came to meet us at 12:05 in the afternoon. She was a very beautiful healthy little girl. She
had more hair than I had ever seen on a baby. She was a true blessing to our lives.
Casey brought much joy and happiness to all who knew her. Her older brother, Mikey, loved her with all his heart. He had been
wanting a baby sister for 4 years. She was always so happy and ready to play.
On February 7, 2001, Casey was
taken away from a family who loved her very much. She fell victim to SIDS. We do not know why this happened. She was a very
healthy 8 1/2 week old baby. The cause of SIDS remains unknown.
We will always hold the dear memories of our precious
"fweet-ums" in our hearts. We loved her so very much and miss her with every essence of our being. She brought so
much love to all of us. She tought us to live everyday to its fullest. I thank God everyday for giving us the opportunity
to have had her in our lives, though her stay was short.
In the Photo Album, I have added a few of my favorite pictures
of Casey. She will always be a part of our lives. Perhaps her pictures will bring a smile to your face as they do ours everyday.
